This role offers a collaborative setting where Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) partner with physicians as mutual advisors, supported by a team that understands your professional needs and goals.

Mosaic Life Care is a physician-led, multi-specialty health-care system seeking a Neurology ARPN to join its cooperative, organized, and friendly practice. This position provides the security of an established health system combined with the lifestyle benefits of practicing in a comfortable, close-knit community. The clinic offers outreach services in Missouri (Albany, Maryville, and Cameron) and Kansas (Atchison, Sabetha). The current neurology team includes 4 MD/DO providers and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

Responsibilities

  • Full-time, employed position with excellent work-life balance
  • Collaborative and supportive environment with engaged providers offering guidance
  • Flexible scheduling and the ability to care for patients at your preferred pace
  • 100% outpatient care, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Work independently and interdependently with other healthcare professionals
  • Perform extensive patient assessments using diagnostic methods and instruments
  • Develop and modify care plans as indicated

Requirements

  • Successful completion of an APRN master’s nursing degree or graduation from an accredited PA program
  • Current Missouri license (preferred) or ability to obtain licensure
  • Current DEA licensure

Qualifications

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Strong patient assessment skills and experience developing care plans
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
