About the role
Partner closely with a collaborating physician to see new patients, while independently managing follow-up and sick visits in an outpatient setting. The position offers meaningful continuity of care and strong patient relationships within a supportive private practice environment. This opportunity is well suited for an APP who values collaboration, clinical variety, and playing an active role across the patient care journey.

Requirements
- Experienced APPs preferred
