Required Education

Master's Degree in Nursing OR Master's degree from accredited Physician Assistant program. Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Nurse Practitioner Required

• Certifications and Licenses:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) license in State of Oklahoma
  • Active board certification Nurse Practitioner

Physician Assistant

• Certifications and Licenses:
  • Active PA license in State of Oklahoma
  • Active PA board certification

Clinical Nurse Specialist

• Certifications and Licenses:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in state of Oklahoma
  • Active CNS board certification

Department Preferences

• Primary Care specialty
• BLS or ACLS certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical records
