Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) - Ambulatory Gastroenterology (Per Diem)

Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care for a panel of patients.
- Eliciting a patient history, performing physical examinations, ordering screening and diagnostic tests, and interpreting results to establish diagnoses.
- Developing and implementing a treatment plan within established guidelines.
- Providing care that promotes patient satisfaction and cost-effective care.
- Making decisions based on patient responses and revising the plan accordingly.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate practice guidelines.
- Identifying learning needs and collaborating with others to design educational programs.
- Leading interdisciplinary education programs and providing clinical precepting for students.
- Supporting and promoting APG and BIDHC policies and goals.
Requirements
- Nursing Master's degree required.
- Licensed Nursing License required.
- Certificate 1 Basic Life Support required.
- One to three years related work experience required.
- Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA Board.
- Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Related primary care practice expertise.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing required.
- Licensed Nursing License required.
- Basic Life Support Certificate required.
- Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA Board.
- Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $51.00 - $146,598.40. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
Schedule
This position is per diem.
