Education

A Master's Level Degree in Nurse Practitioner certification/license from one of the following states:

• North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
• Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)

Certification/License

• One of the following certifications qualifies:
• Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse (APRN) - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)

• One of the following certifications qualifies:
• Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
• Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)
• Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
• Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)

Experience

Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in Hospice or Palliative Care, Oncology, Geriatrics or Family Practice.

Requirements

• BLS (Required)
• ACLS (Preferred)
