Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

• Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 3–5 years of primary care experience
• Full‑time outpatient schedule: Five 8‑hour days or four 10‑hour days per week Fridays required, plus one evening per week (Monday evenings preferred, flexibility available)
• Independent, provider‑led practice with one physician and team‑based support
• Established patient panel provided — step into care immediately without building from scratch

Requirements

• Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• 3–5 years of primary care experience

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Current DEA license
• Current CPR certification
• Current BLS certification
