Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Urgent Care
About the role
SSM Health in Fond du Lac Express Clinic is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a PRN/Fill-In role to join our busy team of providers. The department is open Monday through Friday 7:30am - 7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm.
Requirements
- Unrestricted Wisconsin Physician Assistant License or RN and NP License
- Unrestricted Active Wisconsin DEA
- Prior experience practicing as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine is required
The candidate for this position should be comfortable diagnosing and treating children and adults with minor to complex medical problems as well as be experienced in laceration repair and acute fracture care (splinting).
Opportunity
PRN/Fill-In role offering an experience-based hourly rate and paid malpractice; no other benefits. Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month. Fast-paced work environment with great teamwork and support staff.
