Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Urgent Care
About the role
SSM Health Dean Medical Group is recruiting an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for their busy Urgent Care department in Janesville, Wisconsin. The department operates Monday through Friday from 7 am – 7 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8 am – 4 pm.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat children and adults with minor to complex medical problems
- Perform laceration repair and acute fracture care (splinting)
Requirements
- Unrestricted Wisconsin Physician Assistant License or Wisconsin RN and Nurse Practitioner license
- Prior experience practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine
Opportunity Details
- Full-time position (20 shifts per month)
- Requires working 3 weekend shifts per month
