Your role will involve not only providing essential healthcare services but also contributing to community wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a supportive team that prioritizes patient care and embraces innovation in health practices.
• Start each day by engaging with patients, assessing their needs, and providing comprehensive care.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Spend your Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM actively participating in patient care, documenting medical histories, and providing education to patients and their families.
• Participate in team meetings where you'll discuss case management and innovative care strategies.
