Advanced Practice Nurse, Employee Health, Full Time, Day

About the Role

Assumes clinical management of a specific patient population, employees, physicians, and volunteers in collaboration with the Employee Health and Wellness Medical Director(s). Follows established standards, procedures, and practices, providing specific patient management directions to nursing and other staff. Performs a significant combination of duties depending on specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical management for patients, employees, physicians, and volunteers.
• Direct nursing and other staff in patient management.
• Perform duties specific to specialty areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing plus completion of an ANA-accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Active Nursing License.
• Life Support certification.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing required within 2 years.
• Magnet-recognized national certification required as of 06/01/2026.

Experience

• 3-5 years of health provider experience.
• Occupational Health or ambulatory experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong physical assessment, triage, and first aid skills.
• Understanding of workers compensation, LOA, Joint Commission, NJ STATE, ADA, and OSHA regulations.
• Effective patient education skills.
• Excellent communication and proficient computer skills.

Pay

Pay Range: $120,848.00 - $151,060.00 (full-time equivalent, 1.0 FTE). Actual individual salaries vary depending on role, experience, education, and licensure.
