To Qualify

  • Required Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*
  • Preferred Special Qualifications/Transferable Skills*

*Masters degree or equivalent in nursing from an accredited college or university

*Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certificate

*License to practice as a Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Oregon

*CPR/BLS certification

*DEA certification

*Minimum 1 year working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
