Responsibilities

• Staffing emergency departments with 18,000K annual ED volume and no trauma designation.
• Working in a 17-bed emergency department alongside Emergency Medicine Physicians.
• Operating on an 10-hour shift schedule.
• Using the EMR system Meditech Expanse.
• Providing specialty services including Obstetrics, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, and Nephrology.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1-2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS).
• American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and/or Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (ATLS) certification.
