About the role
EPPA is an independent, physician-owned and led group in Minnesota, comprised of BC/BE emergency medicine residency-trained physicians. EPPA is nationally recognized for its commitment to providing exceptional emergency care for our patients and hospital partners for over 50 years. EPPA offers two tracks for our Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs); one for those coming out of training programs and another for experienced emergency medicine APCs. Those coming right out of training programs are offered a position in our APC-T track. The "T" represents training you will obtain as you transition into your new career as a clinician working within the specialty of unscheduled emergent care. After successful completion of our 12-month training program, you will move to an experienced APC with the skillset to work in an emergency department and/or our Urgency Room.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in an emergency department setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills
- Assist in the management of urgent and emergent cases
Requirements
- Doctoral or professional degree
- Completion of an advanced practice clinician training program
- Experience in emergency medicine or related field
- Current licensure to practice in Minnesota

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Shifts vary based on department needs, typically including weekends and evenings.
