Responsibilities
- Own memory procurement and supplier strategy: Develop multi-year supplier HBM/DRAM roadmaps to meet Broadcom needs, negotiate long-term supply agreements, pricing and capacity commitments.
- Balance cost, performance, yield, and supply security across suppliers.
- Supply planning and capacity management: Partner with Business Unit, Product, and Planning teams to forecast HBM demand. Proactively manage tight supply environments and allocation risks.
- Manage supplier relationships: Own tier-1 memory supplier relationships, track supplier performance: quality, on-time delivery, yield, and cycle time. Establish dual/multi-sourcing strategies where applicable.
- Cross-functional engagement: Support finance in budgeting and long-range planning. Work closely with Product Engineering, NPI, Legal and Finance to support HBM business as required.
- Manage project risk, anticipate issues and address/resolve complex problems. Create innovative solutions to achieve the highest quality for given cost constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
- 8+ years of experience in Semiconductor industry experience and sourcing.
- Knowledge of semiconductor / memory manufacturing processes.
- Experience in managing external suppliers and customers.
- Strong problem-solving ability and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-moving environments with data driven decision making.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Business (preferred).
- Experience in memory companies and understanding of AI Supply Chain and Logistics constraints (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of ATE and DFT (Design For Test) (preferred).
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $130,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
