VTG is seeking an Advanced Ground Systems SETA located in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall lifecycle acquisition and program management support to the customer Program Manager(s), Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative(s), and Contracting Officer(s).
- Plan and execute end‑to‑end acquisition lifecycle functions, including:
- Perform market research and technical evaluations.
- Develop acquisition strategies/plans, program requirements, and incentive arrangements.
- Draft acquisition documents such as Statements of Work, Task Orders, and other solicitation/contract attachments.
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Create and maintain a Contractor Bidders’ Library for supported acquisitions.
- Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks associated with acquisition approaches and schedules.
- Support source selections as an advisor.
- Conduct program analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
- Provide expertise and administer performance management activities.
- Analyze and monitor requirements development, performance metrics, financial limitations, and schedules of awarded contracts/programs.
- Recommend acquisitions and program management improvements.
- Track and hold programmatic reviews of all developers’ Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Oversee and manage developer award fee activities and execution of contracts.
- Identify and coordinate actions across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree plus fourteen (14) years of experience, or Master’s degree plus twelve (12) years of experience, or PhD/JD plus nine (9) years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for written reports, group discussions, and oral presentations.
- Judgment, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desired Qualifications
- STEM Bachelor’s degree highly desired.
- Familiarity with tools such as Galaxy.
- Experience with IAAs and MIPRs.
- Previous experience with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
- Familiarity with SAR, RF, and EW domains.
- U.S. citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Pay
VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $100,000 – $195,000 annually. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations, and may include contractual requirements that could cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
