What are the primary responsibilities in the Advanced Full Stack Developer position?
Leading the design and implementation of data systems with both web and database components.
Analyzing and maintaining existing databases and web interfaces.
Adding new features to operational systems.
Implementing signal processing and other algorithms with efficient software.
Testing with real data.
Providing applications to front-line customer facilities.
Creating effective user interfaces and data visualization tools.
Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and methodologies and experimenting with new technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into RRC projects.
What required background will make you successful?
Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum 8 years' experience in full-stack application development
Experience building scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
Proficient in modern software engineering practices for testability and readability
Proficient in C++ and Python in LINUX environments
JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Demonstrated ability to design software systems to ensure they achieve functionality, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements
The ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction and the ability to self-start is a must
Where is the position located?
This position is located at our Centennial, CO office or our Tucson, AZ Headquarters. Remote work/telework is not available for this position.
What is the likely salary range for this position?
The likely salary range for this position is $133,000 to $178,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
