Advanced Engineering Support Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, plus 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Subject matter expert (SME) in one discipline/field with developing knowledge in adjacent areas.
• Proficient understanding and application of engineering principles, concepts, practices, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project impacts on Engineering, Facilities, and labor resources to determine cost-efficient methods for resource allocation.
• Participate in tactical planning for project segment completion.
• Perform research and engineering laboratory functions, including layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems.
• Engage in technical activities supporting proposal development, system-level design, detail design, and manufacturing of advanced electronics systems.

Pay

Target salary range: USD $101,357.00/Yr. – USD $109,672.00/Yr. (varies based on experience and geographic location).
