About the role
The Advanced EMT provides basic life support with additional select advanced life support skills during both pre-hospital and interfacility transport, following State protocols and departmental guidelines.
Requirements
- Completion of Advanced EMT course, or equivalent
- Current applicable state(s) Advanced EMT license
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (no major violations as defined by company policy or insurer guidelines)
- Current BLS certification
- Ambulance Vehicle Operators Certification (AVOC) required within six (6) months of hire

Pay
The pay range for this position is $21.97 to $29.28 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is prorated based on scheduled hours and full-time equivalent (FTE).
