About the role

We are seeking an Advanced Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic and invasive procedures in cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart-related conditions alongside the healthcare team.
• Serving as a resource, superuser, and providing orientation and training to staff.
• Applying strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, sterile techniques, and advanced imaging technologies to ensure accurate results.
• Communicating effectively with patients and professionals to deliver optimal care.

Qualifications and skills

• Graduate of an accredited imaging program with clinical hours or RCIS training certification.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Licensure as required by state, with ARRT(R) or CCI(RCIS) certification, and BLS certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, knowledge of advanced protocols, flexibility, decision-making, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Performing physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
