About the Role

The Advanced Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist performs complex diagnostic and invasive cardiovascular procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. They serve as a resource, superuser, and assist with orientation and training of staff. Key responsibilities include applying advanced imaging technologies, maintaining sterile techniques, and ensuring accurate results. Effective communication with patients and healthcare teams is essential for delivering quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with clinical hours or RCIS certification
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Valid state licensure (if required)
• Certifications: ARRT (R) or CCI (RCIS), BLS
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking
