Advanced Consulting Engineer

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operationalization of customer business objectives to ensure value realization
• Facilitate in-depth knowledge transfer for effective product usage and adoption
• Support technical setup and create runbooks for product configurations
• Gather and provide feedback to various internal teams post-engagement
• Address technical support issues onsite to minimize churn risk

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles with strong skills in networking, security, and operations
• Hands-on experience with the company software is essential
• Knowledge in domains like Endpoint Security, Systems Management, and Utility Scripting (bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently on complex issues and adapt to various challenges

Pay

$150,000 – $230,000 annually
