Location: Renton, Weekend Shift Schedule: 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize work departments daily
  • Provide direction and schedule production team members' daily activities
  • Frequently monitor and report on work progress of the team
  • Communicate with all departments, logistics, engineering, and production management, including other shifts, about needs, priorities, and issues
  • Promote flow and pull of products and information to internal and ultimately external customers
  • Identify, investigate, and address problems on the production floor
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members by investigating root causes of scrap and RMA issues
  • Work with production and quality teams to prevent recurrence
  • Train and orient new employees on company standards and procedures
  • Implement 5S tools and reduce variation in the work environment
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate

Previous team leadership experience strongly preferred

2+ Years of demonstrated technical work proficiency in the department assigned to is preferred

Basic experience in an ERP/MRP or resource software is preferred

Skills

Strong technical knowledge in manufacturing and the assigned area or department

Leadership, management, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining perspective

Be creative, flexible, and able to drive change

Pay

$30.25/hr - $34.25/hr, including $2/hr Lead Pay

Schedule

Weekend Shift Schedule: 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Thursday
