Advanced Camp Director & Lead Baseball Instructor – San Francisco, CA $1,400/week

About the role

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Lead Baseball Instructor & Advanced Camp Director to oversee our Advanced Camp program for players ages 10–14 in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced baseball instruction and player development activities
• Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, baserunning, and situational baseball
• Supervise campers and maintain a safe learning environment
• Mentor camp staff assigned to the Advanced Camp group
• Execute Giants Camps curriculum and standards
• Foster accountability, effort, and sportsmanship

Qualifications

• High school, travel ball, collegiate, or player development coaching experience
• Strong understanding of baseball mechanics and strategy
• Experience working with athletes ages 10–14
• Ability to lead groups independently
