This role focuses on secure data access, extraction, and transcription to support business and brand strategies through high-fidelity datasets.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for retail data ingestion and transcription.
- Work and operate within a clean room environment to securely access, query, and transcribe raw data analytics from retail, producing clean, governed datasets for strategic analysis.
- Develop and implement automated processes for data extraction, cleaning, and transcription from the clean room to reduce manual effort.
- Maintain strict data governance and security protocols specific to clean room operations and compliance requirements.
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure transcribed data meets modeling and analytical requirements.
- Support automation and scalability of clean room and retail data workflows for self-service analytics.
- Provide accurate and timely Ad Hoc data sets and analysis focused on the retail channel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of related experience focused on secure data handling, data engineering, or transcription within a regulated environment.
- Proven experience working within a "clean room" or secure data enclave environment.
- Expertise in SQL and programming languages (R/Python) for advanced querying and data pipeline development.
- Experience in breaking down sophisticated data transformation problems to find data solutions that drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in cloud-based data storage and processing (e.g., GCP, AWS).
- Experience with retail data providers (e.g., IDEXX, or similar).
- 4+ years in Business Analytics.
- Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or Animal Health industry.
- Familiarity with data governance policies and PII compliance best practices.
Pay
Salary Range: $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
