- Develop and validate metrics and dimensions to monitor product performance and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain analytical artifacts (queries, dashboards, readouts) that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams to align on methodology, assumptions, and interpretation.
- Provide clear, concise insights and recommendations through written and verbal communication, including leadership-ready readouts.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis (industry experience required).
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).

- Strong analytical judgment, ability to balance rigor with speed, and clearly communicate tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against agreed timelines.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
- Experience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy contexts strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows is a plus.
