About the role

This position plays a crucial role in our pediatric healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall mission of the hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and competent medical care to patients and families.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough medical records.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Field required.
  • Current license to practice medicine in California.
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer systems used for patient documentation and scheduling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
