Responsibilities
- Communicate with empathy, proactively generate leads using company tools and personal networks, and build referral relationships within the community.
- Maintain safe, welcoming, family-ready facilities while following company standards and local and state regulations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or an associate’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred).
- One year of experience in this or a related area.
- Licensed insurance agent or the ability to acquire necessary licenses.
- Enjoy working with people and helping them select from a range of services and merchandise.
- Basic office and computer skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation
- $20,000 base salary, plus commissions (Range: $50,000 to $100,000+ annually).
- Monthly & Annual bonus availability if sales levels are achieved.
