Pay

$26.00/hour

Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (50% paid at 6 months and 50% paid at 12 months)

Schedule

  • Sunday & Monday: 3pm-10pm
  • Tuesday: 5pm-10pm
  • Wednesday: 3pm-10pm
  • Thursday: 4pm-10pm
  • 8 hours of admin time

Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring direct support staff through coaching, training, and supervision
  • Providing high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assisting with day-to-day residential operations, scheduling, and staffing coordination
  • Helping oversee participant finances, household budgets, and operational resources
  • Ensuring compliance with agency policies, licensing regulations, and documentation requirements
  • Supporting implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs), behavior support plans, and therapeutic services
  • Promoting meaningful community engagement, social activities, and personal growth for participants
  • Partnering with interdisciplinary teams, families, and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care
  • Serving as the residential leader in the absence of the Residential Director

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Standard driver's license - class C or class D
  • 1-3 years of related experience
