Seeking a Residential Support Professional for full-time, 3rd shift in Neillsville, WI. Responsibilities include: providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in addiction, mental health, or restorative justice programs; creating a safe and respectful environment; documenting observations; assisting with medication administration; responding to emergencies; supporting residents' treatment goals; performing household chores; facilitating transportation; helping residents develop life skills; and participating in staff meetings and training. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services or related fields preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
