Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily activities and life skills such as meals and transportation
• Providing medication support and maintaining accurate documentation
• Transporting residents as needed
• Responding to crises to ensure resident safety
• Facilitating groups to foster a recovery-focused environment
• Supervising residents and supporting individualized treatment goals
• Performing urinalysis and breathalyzer testing
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere conducive to recovery
