About the role
Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement at an adult residential substance use treatment center.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living activities
- Medication support
- Documentation of progress
- Transportation and meal support
- Responding to crises
- Facilitating group sessions
- Supporting individualized treatment goals
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming environment conducive to recovery
- Performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping
