Adult Residential Support - Part Time, Evening Shift

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to support residents in a residential substance use treatment facility. Aspen Center provides a recovery-focused environment for men, aiming to help individuals develop skills for lasting recovery. The role involves providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Provide medication management
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate records
• Transport residents as needed
• Respond to crises and ensure resident safety
• Facilitate group sessions and support individualized treatment goals
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• Administer tests such as urinalysis and breathalyzers
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures

Full-time, working Thursday through Monday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
