Adult Residential Support - Part Time, Evening Shift

About the role

Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to join a recovery-focused residential treatment center for men. Responsibilities include providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents, assisting with daily living activities, medication support, transportation, and documentation. Facilitating group sessions, responding to crisis situations, and maintaining a safe environment are essential duties. The role involves supporting residents' treatment goals, performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere conducive to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise residents during daily activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress
• Assist with medication, transportation, meals, and life skills
• Respond effectively to crises and ensure safety
• Facilitate group activities aligned with treatment plans
• Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as needed
