Adult Psychiatrist - Outpatient

About the role

LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidence‑based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, both in‑person and via telemedicine. As the fastest‑growing behavioral health practice group in the country, we are seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join our clinical team in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy for adult patients in an outpatient setting.
• Work a hybrid schedule (2‑3 days onsite, 1‑2 days remote) with 100% outpatient work.
• Enjoy a schedule with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in Utah.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Psychiatry.
• Unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experience with both medication management and therapeutic interventions.

Candidates must meet the requirements above; bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.

Pay

• Compensation range: $303,000 – $390,000 per year.
• Compensation model based on productivity (unlimited/uncapped earnings).
• Sign‑on bonus and cash incentive bonus included.
