Responsibilities
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual cash bonus up to $25,000
- Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration
- Flexible schedules, full-time & part-time W-2 positions

Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC)
- Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA
- Experienced with both medication management as well as therapy
- Must reside in Virginia

Annual income potential: $260,000 to $359,000+, compensation model based on productivity
