Responsibilities

- Above market compensation-Range from $300,000 to $390,000-compensation model based on productivity.

Requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more US states, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
- Hybrid system 2 days in office
