Adult Psychiatrist-Outpatient
About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Adult Psychiatrists in the Midtown East, NY area. We offer a flexible work schedule, full-time outpatient work, generous compensation, and full benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients
- Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed
- Participate in clinical decision-making and treatment planning
- Conduct regular patient evaluations and monitor progress
- Stay updated with the latest research and treatment modalities
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in one or more US states
- Must have a Board Certification in Psychiatry (BE/BC)
- Must be unencumbered by the DEA
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Psychiatry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical skills and problem-solving abilities

Pay
Compensation range from $300,000 to $390,000, based on productivity. A cash-based incentive plan is also offered.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule, full-time outpatient work, no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
