Adult Psychiatrist - Outpatient

About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking a passionate Adult Psychiatrist to join our clinical team in the Tualatin, OR office (greater Portland, OR area). We are committed to clinical excellence and improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients
• Conduct medication management and psychotherapy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment

Requirements

• Fully licensed or pursuing licensure in Oregon
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
• Experience working with adults or across the lifespan
• Reside within commutable distance of the local clinic(s)

Pay

Top compensation can exceed $395,000 – $451,000 per year (no cap). Compensation model is based on productivity.
