Job Summary
MaineHealth Behavioral Health (MHBH) at Spring Harbor is seeking an Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead compassionate, team-based inpatient care of adults with a broad range of behavioral health conditions, working alongside skilled nurse practitioners, physician associates, registered nurses, behavioral health clinicians, behavioral health specialists, and technicians in a collegial environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead compassionate, team-based inpatient care of adults with a broad range of behavioral health conditions.

Requirements
- Graduate of Allopathic or Osteopathic Medical School.
- Completion of internship and psychiatric residency and/or fellowship training.
- Current or eligible licensure as a physician by the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine.
- Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or be eligible for examination by the American Board as documented by written evidence.
- Current DEA Registration Certificate.
- 3+ years' experience inclusive residency and/or fellowship training.
- Meet other credentialing criteria defined in Medical Staff By-laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum MD or DO degree.
- Completed residency and/or fellowship training in psychiatry.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Maine.
- Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or eligible for certification.
- Current DEA registration.
- At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience.

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $300,000.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is full-time.
