Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist

Role: Full-time Adult Psychiatrist providing inpatient psychiatric services on a 12-bed unit. Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting individual therapy, case management, and medical/surgical care for non-psychiatric issues. Participate in a weekend call rotation and contribute to a supportive clinical environment that promotes professional growth and work-life balance. Qualifications & Skills: Must be CT-licensed, BC/BE in Psychiatry. Recent graduates and Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged. Experience is preferred but not required. Key Duties: Deliver adult psychiatric care, support team functions, and engage in professional development within a collaborative setting. Opportunities exist to earn extra income through additional shifts. Work Environment: Supportive, multidisciplinary team including therapists, social workers, and medical staff, with routine medical support available.
