Adult Psychiatrist
About the role
LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focusing on evidence-based, medically driven treatment services. We are currently seeking Adult Psychiatrists for our LifeStance Health Edgewood Clinical Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed.
- Manage medication regimens and provide psychotherapy as appropriate.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process.
- Must have completed residency training and hold either BC or BE certification within 3 years.
- Must be unencumbered by the DEA.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy is required.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Certification in Psychiatry preferred.
- Experience in adult psychiatry.
- Strong communication skills.
