Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver cutting-edge psychiatric treatments to clinic clients
- Maintain a digitally integrated schedule, actively consulting with patients to maximize service efficiency
- Exceed productivity benchmarks set by the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Behavioral Health through agile practices
- Develop and standardize innovative clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols for psychiatric care
- Provide remote consultation during and beyond regular clinic hours as part of a seamless patient support network
- Lead the evolution of patient educational materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of clarity and effectiveness
- Mentor future healthcare pioneers by supervising students in clinical settings
- Champion a robust clinical quality assurance program to ensure excellence in service delivery
- Guide and support non-physician providers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Innovate health and illness prevention strategies, including family planning and preventive services
- Engage in strategic meetings to drive performance improvement and service optimization
- Contribute to the Performance Improvement Program with data-driven insights
- Medical Doctor with Board certification (or Board-eligibility) in Psychiatry, holding a current Texas License
- Dedicated to upholding the Code of Ethics as mandated by professional licensing entities
- Dedicated to lifelong learning through completing required continuing education for license maintenance
- Maintain exemplary standing with professional licensing boards
- Active participation in Medicare, Medicaid, workers compensation, and other federal/state reimbursement programs
