About the role

The Board of Education of the Middlesex County Magnet Schools is currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Teacher of Adult Basic Education/GED PREP for a funded program.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare clients for the High School Equivalency Test within a small classroom setting.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Adult Education or his/her designee.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess or qualify for a valid New Jersey teaching certificate.

Benefits

• Salary is based on 6 hours per day for 5 days a week and includes enrollment in the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS).
• The position runs from January 1, 2024 thru December 31, 2024.
