New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. We’re looking for a nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations
• Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical guidance and mentorship
• Assist with staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies
• Participate in care planning and drive quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license (required)
• Leadership experience in long-term care preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and team-focused
• Passionate about elevating care standards and building a supportive culture
