About the role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time Direct Care Technician to join our team at the Adolescent Residential Home in Greenville, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain a therapeutic and safe group environment
  • Attend to the welfare and basic needs of clients
  • Facilitate and participate in group activities
  • Accompany clients to NA/AA meetings and community outings
  • Provide transportation
  • Assist in life-skills development

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of relevant experience in substance disorders or working with youth preferred
  • Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
  • Maintain peer support specialist or registered on NC Substance Abuse Practice Board (nice to have)

Pay

$15 an hr

Schedule

Part-time, Up to 29 hours per week, during the week from 4pm to 12am and weekends from 12pm-12am

What We’re Looking For
