Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end L3/L4 application support for AEM
• Perform ticket triage, issue resolution, user assistance, workflow support, reporting, incident management, root-cause analysis
• Design, validate, and deploy small-to-medium configuration changes, site enhancements, workflow improvements
• Support sandbox and production environments
• Improve usability and reduce manual effort through automation
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes
• Collaborate with Adobe teams, developers, business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, business analysts, architects, and content authors
• Coordinate hosting configuration and access management
• Provide operational support in collaboration with Cloud teams
• Manage GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
• Support automated deployments and monitoring
• Maintain high system availability
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support audit and access-review compliance requirements
• Maintain detailed documentation of:
• System configurations
• Configuration changes
• Deployment processes
• Operational procedures
• Support monitoring and compliance activities
