Admissions Team Lead
for each section.
We need - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe combine Required and Nice to Have?), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
But we must avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? The instruction says use headings for those specific labels if content exists. We have both Required and Nice to Have. Could put Required under Requirements, Nice to Have under Qualifications? Or combine.
Better: Requirements (required), Qualifications (nice to have). Skills maybe not needed separately if covered. But we can include Skills as a section if we have specific skills list; we have required skills list. Could treat Required as Skills. But we already have Requirements heading for experience etc. Let's decide:
- About the role: include About Campus and About The Team and About The Role description (maybe summary). Could be prose.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: required experience/skills list.
- Qualifications: nice to have.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: salary range + equity.
- Schedule: hybrid schedule details.
We should not include Skills separately if we already have Requirements. But we could still include Skills if we want; but risk thin. I'd omit Skills.
Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like "View more categoriesView less categories", "Specialty Admissions Position Type Manager Hours Full-time Employment Type Permanent Organization Type Other Apply on website You need to sign in or create an account to save a job." etc. Remove those.
Also remove "More Results Previous job...Next job". Remove "Share this job Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Apply on website Send job Apply on website You need to sign in or create an account to save a job. Get job alerts Create a job alert and receive personalized job recommendations straight to your inbox. Create alert Similar jobs ..." All that.
Now craft HTML.
We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed.
Let's write:
About the role
Campus is on a mission to accelerate the talent of tomorrow and reimagine what college can (and should) be. The problem is clear: college costs have skyrocketed, but outcomes haven’t. Traditional college hasn’t kept up with the aspirations of today’s students—and they can’t afford to wait. At Campus, we’ve built a two-year, accredited college where students learn from top professors at universities like Princeton, Stanford, and Howard, in live, online classes. Our students graduate with in-demand business and AI skills—ready to launch their careers or transfer to top four-year universities. Our unique approach is grounded in a pioneering technology platform and a heavily-researched student success model that offers students dedicated advisors and on-demand tutoring and coaching. We were also named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2024. We’re backed by an exceptional investor team that believes deeply in our vision for the future of education, including General Catalyst, Founders Fund, Bloomberg Beta, 8VC, Rethink Education, Sam Altman, Jason Citron, Shaquille O’Neal, and others. The world has changed. Higher ed needs to catch up, and we’re leading the way—come join us!
On the Admissions team, our goal is to guide prospective students through a supportive, informative, and high-integrity admissions experience that reflects our student-first mission.
