About the role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Support Center Specialist. This position offers a dynamic, customer-focused environment where you can connect with compassion and be the voice for prospective students.

Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls, engaging with prospective students and their families to set appointments.
  • Answer questions, address concerns, and provide helpful solutions to callers.
  • Stay updated on our latest programs, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Work closely with the call center team to continuously improve customer service.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from potential students, reschedule appointments, maintain campus admissions calendars, distribute and mail school and program information, add leads into the student contact system, review weekly and monthly reports, and contact no-shows to encourage rescheduling.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Two (2) years of call center, administrative, or customer service experience are required.
  • Sales or admissions/higher education experience is preferred.
  • Experience using a contact management database is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

A minimum of two (2) years of call center, administrative, or customer service experience is required. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications is acceptable.

Pay

Hiring range: $17.84 to $21.40 per hour.

Schedule

M-Th 9:30-6 and alternating Fridays and Saturdays.
