Admissions Representative (Deland Campus)
About the role
The Admissions Representative is responsible for all recruiting functions and for promoting Northbridge University as a school of choice to interested candidates. Additionally, the Representative generates prospective inquiries by attending various events and ensuring candidates are properly informed about courses and choices.
Responsibilities
- Interview prospective students to determine interest in attending NBU.
- Use the phone to contact prospective students.
- Make at least 100 phone calls per day.
- Use multiple technologies to communicate with prospective students.
- Determine if the prospective student has the desire and qualifications to attend NBU.
- Meet or exceed the company’s conversion standards for Admissions.
- Organize and manage assigned leads generated through multiple sources.
- Communicate all details related to the particular program of interest to prospective students.
- Keep accurate records of calls made, interviews conducted, and enrollments generated.
- Recommend qualified prospective students for admission into NBU.
- Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the enrollment process.
- Request, track, and accurately document receipt of high school diplomas and GED transcripts.
- Work with Registrar to determine if prospective student has the qualifications to attend.
Requirements
New Training Class in FALL 2026. A completed Associate's degree or higher is required. All degrees must be from institutions accredited by regional or national accrediting bodies approved by the U.S. Department of Education. Foreign transcripts may be acceptable in some cases and require a translation and evaluation of equivalency to U.S. degrees by a recognized agency. Experience working in a metrics-driven or customer service environment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing situations. Ability to work extended hours (which will include evenings and Saturdays), in order to meet business objectives.

Hourly Pay - $21.61
