Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) - Kennesaw, GA

About the role

Since 1934, Empire Beauty School has been educating future beauty professionals in the art of cosmetology. Located in Kennesaw, GA, we are now seeking an Admissions Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with prospective students
• Conduct student interviews
• Review enrollment requirements
• Conduct school tours
• Present career opportunities
• Create, build, and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their cosmetology education
• Work two late nights per week and Saturdays

Requirements

• Aceon's degree or Career School diploma
• A Bachelor's degree preferred
• A motivated and goal-oriented individual with a true passion for guiding future professionals on their career paths
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment requiring multi-tasking responsibilities
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Experience in community outreach and recruitment activities
• Experience implementing policies and regulations consistent with the highest ethical standards
• One to two years of sales experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cosmetology industry and career opportunities
